We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific value. For orders below that amount, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

TRACKING

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Why is my tracking number not updating?
It can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after your package has been scanned. If it hasn't updated after a few days, please contact us.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

7. How do I start a return or exchange?
